A P4 indoor SMD screen has its LEDs 4 mm apart. That spacing decides how close people can stand, how big the screen must be for a given resolution, and what it costs. Indoor P4 suits big rooms where nobody stands close to the screen.

Indoor modules are not sealed against rain or direct sun, so they must stay inside or under full cover.
Is P4 the right pitch for you?
- If most viewers will be closer than about 4 m, a finer pitch such as P3 indoor looks smoother.

Frequently asked questions
How close can people stand to a P4 screen?
About 4 m is the closest comfortable distance; from 8–12 m the picture looks completely smooth.
How big is a full-HD P4 screen?
To show 1920×1080 pixels natively, a P4 screen is about 7.7 m wide and 4.3 m high. Smaller screens still play HD video; the controller scales it.
Can P4 be used outdoors?
Not as an indoor model: indoor modules are not weatherproof and are too dim for direct sun. Choose an outdoor model for anything exposed to rain or sun.
